This report shows the total sales to each customer, broken down by transactions. It includes revenues recorded from sales invoices. The Sales by Customer Detail report contains detailed information about the total sales that have been made to your customers over a selected time range. The information in this report may be used for analysing the performance of your business during the period you have chosen. You can determine which customers do the most business with you, which products and services are selling more and which may need improved sales promotion strategies. This information could, for example, determine which customers you might want to offer special incentives, or indicate areas where you might want to streamline your supply chain.
On the Reports menu, point to Sales, and then click Sales by Customer Detail.
Double clicking an item shows the transaction details.
