Inventory Shortages

This report shows the stocks that have stocks below their reorder level.  For example, if an item has the reorder level of 10 and its quantity on hand is 8, it will show 2 items as shortages or shortages = Qty-on-Hand - Reorder Level which is -2 = 8 - 10.

Note if 'Show Shortages Only' is not checked, it will show all the items.

To view this report:

1. On the Reports menu, point to Inventory, and then click Inventory Shortages.
