Trial Balance

Trial Balance report shows the balance of each account in debit and credit format, so you can trace any mistakes if debits do not equal credits.

In other words, the Trial Balance adds up all the debits and credits, so if total debit does not match total credit there is an accounting error.  Trial Balance is a quick way to look at your accounts to trace any mistakes.

1. On the Reports menu, point to Accounts, and then click Trial Balance.
