Refund a customer payment

A customer might return a product or require a refund for some other reason. You can refund the customer by any payment methods using the Make Bank Withdrawal screen.

To refund a payment to a customer:

1. Open make withdrawals

2. Click on New Payments button

3. Select customer option for the payment to

4. Select the payment from account

5. Save the transaction
