Customer Name

You must assign a name to each customer.  A name must be unique for customers, vendors, and other contacts.  The name is used to identify the specific customer.  A name can be an ID, company name, or a different identifier so you can find the customer.  For example,  a name such as ’r;g900’, ’r;globals900’, or ’r;Global sporting goods’ can all qualify as a name.
