Edit User Access Rights

QBM is role based, which means that certain functionalities can be hidden from the specific group. Each user can see the functionality that the is assigned.

You need to create a group and then select the access rights for the group. To create access rights for the group, go to the group details and then select the permission tab. You are able to allow or disallow a certain function from the user. For example to allow or disallow a group from accessing customer data select Customers from the permissions->Forms.

 

You can define security for each group, and then add the group to the user. To do this, please create a group and then go to that group details and define its security.  To define the security for the group select each area you want to define its security.  After the security is defined, go the user detail and add that created group to the specified user.  

 

Thus a user can be assigned to one or more groups.  A user access right is determined by the access rights of the group that has been specified.  

 

To create a group

  1. Go to Company menu, then select User Tasks and then Group List

  2. Create a new group and save it

  3. Open the selected group and change its security

 

To create a user

  1. Go to Company menu, then select User Tasks and then User List

  2. Create a new user and save it

  3. Open the user and assign an existing group
