About Security in QBM

Quick Business Manager security strategy is designed to protect your data; it is designed to offer you control over who, or which user group, has access to the business data.

QBM uses Group Policy to specify settings for groups of users, including sales, purchasing, accounting, payroll, company tasks, and other miscellaneous settings that allows the administrator to limit the user, such as the percentage of discount that the user can give.

The user can login to the system using a default administrator user id, which is sa, or with a limited user id. If you need the login to be successful, the user id must be assigned to at least one group.
