Basic Ways to Work with Reports

Quick Business Manage makes it easy to analyse your data and prepare records for day-to-day financial management and for long-range and short-range planning, such as budgeting, taxes and financing needs.

 

After filtering the report you can press the Go button to view the report.  Note that some reports may note have the Go button, such as the balance sheet report.

 

The tasks for the reports include Print, Print Preview, Export to Microsoft Excel, Export to Microsoft Word, Export to PDF, Export to HTML, Export to XML, and some other specific tasks.

 

Exporting the report to Microsoft Excel will let you see your report in spreadsheet format, so you can analyze the report further.  Microsoft Excel lets you customize your report, so it suits your business needs.  Note that Microsoft Excel must be installed on your computer for this procedure to work.  

 

You can also sort, and drill down most of these reports. Some of these reports can be viewed in graphs or charts as well.

Note: some of these reports may not be available in all editions. For example, fixed assets report is available in premier edition and higher, or jobs report is available in professional edition and higher and must be activated from the Options menu.
