Loading print templates is a process of identifying the print templates to the QBM, and thus the QBM can show you these templates in the document print template list. The user selects a specific print template and the QBM prints on it.
You can load a print template from the QBM using the Load Print Templates dialog.
To select a single template
On the File menu, select Load Print Templates
Select Single Template option
Click on Browse button to select a template file
Select a template file, for example a print template that you have designed and saves, or select a template from its default directory location
If it is a correct template file, the template is read and the name of template in shown in the Template Name field
Change the template name if desired
If this template exists, which has the same name, you must check 'Overwrite existing templates' option
Click OK button to load it
To select a multiple templates
On the File menu, select Load Print Templates
Select Multiple Templates option
Click on Browse button to select multiple template files
Select all template files, for example all print templates that you have designed and saves, or select multiple templates from their default directory location
You cannot change the template name, since the option is multiple templates
If these templates exist, which may have the same name, you must check 'Overwrite existing templates' option
Click OK button to load them
To select a template directory to let you load all the templates in the specified directory.
On the File menu, select Load Print Templates
Select Templates Directory option
Click on Browse button to select a template directory
Select a template directory, for example, you may want to load all the templates in a directory
You cannot change the template name
If these templates exist, which may have the same name, you must check 'Overwrite existing templates' option
Click OK button to load them
